Standard delivery

The delivery of our products is free In mainland France.

Please note that after confirmation of your order, we need 1 to 3 days to prepare and Ship your package from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the standard delivery time is generally 5 to 25 working days.

However, in some exceptional cases, as in periods of high demand, customs delays or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may extend to at a month or a month and a half. We thank you for your patience and your understanding.

How will my order be shipped?

We have carefully selected delivery methods for each article from our site in order to make our delivery service as efficient, fast and safe possible.

We use laposte, colissimo, to deliver our packages in mainland France.

Are there any exceptions?

  • There is generally no delivery service on Saturdays and Sundays
  • We do not deliver parcels to postal boxes
  • There may be additional costs for deliveries in remote regions. You will be informed of these additional costs when you indicate your postal code.

Signatures are not required for the delivery of small packages, but the delivery company has the choice of leaving the package or not. If you have special instructions for delivery, we recommend leaving a note on your door during the delivery day with your name, request and tracking number. Monitoring of the order: After confirmation of your order and its shipment from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a link to follow your order. This link will allow you to see in real time where your package is and when you can expect to receive it. For any problem or question regarding the monitoring of your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery delays: although we always try to comply with the indicated delivery times, there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as unfavorable weather conditions or logistical problems, which can lead to delays. In this case, we are committed to informing you as soon as possible and providing you with a new estimate of the delivery date.

holidays: please note that holidays can affect the delivery time. The holidays are not counted in working days for the calculation of delivery times. If your order has placed just before or during a public holiday, please provide additional time for delivery.

Failed delivery policy: if you are not present to receive your order during the delivery attempt, the carrier will generally leave a notice of passage with instructions to organize a new Delivery or to recover the package at a local withdrawal point. If the package has returned to our warehouse after several unsuccessful attempts at delivery or if you have not recovered your package at the withdrawal point of the imparted period, re -exposition costs may apply for new delivery.
